Pilgrimage, 2010

FEBRUARY 22 – March 11, 2010             (note: includes travel days)

Parishioners from the Diocese of Virginia will be traveling together on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem and the surrounding region. We will be hosted and led by the staff at St. George’s College and participating in the Palestine of Jesus course.

Space is limited.

To register for the course, print and fill out the REGISTRATION FORM and send it with a $400 check payable to the Diocese of Virginia, attn: Mary Anne Bryant.

TRAVEL OPTIONS: We will travel on British Air from Dulles Airport through London to Tel Aviv:

Depart:  February 22^nd from Dulles at 6:15 p.m. and arrive in Tel Aviv on February 23^rd at 3:30 p.m.

Return on March 11^th and arrive back at Dulles on March 10 at 6:40 p.m.

TOTAL COST: $3,900   This includes airfare, transportation to/from the airport, all other in-country travel, all meals and lodging, entrance fees, and St. George’s tuition.  It does not include travel insurance.

1^st DEPOSIT: $400 due no later than November 10  to secure both airfare and lodging.  Please send deposits with the registration form to The Diocesan office.

2^nd DEPOSIT: $2,070 is due by December 24^th.

FINAL PAYMENT: $1,430 is due to the Diocese on February 15^th.

PREPARATION: Upon registration, a packet will be mailed with more detailed travel and trip information. Once registration is complete, there will be at least one Q & A meeting held at the most convenient time and place for all. We will also coordinate travel to the airport in Washington for those who are interested.
